Features
■ Low dew point: The combined low dew point dryer can achieve a very low pressure dew point, which can
normally reach below -40℃, and can reach as low as -70℃ according to different user requirements;
■ Can provide compressed air with different dew points for different gas consumption points;
■ All operating switches of the combined low dew point compressed air dryer and some display instruments
of the cold dryer are concentrated on the panel of the box board. The refrigerated compressed air dryer and
the adsorption regenerative compressed air dryer can be sucked dryer according to customer needs. Independent
operation or cooling and suction at the same time;
■ The gas-liquid separator adopts a self-designed three-stage separation method: direct collision separation + low-speed
centrifugal separation + stainless steel wire mesh defogger separation. 99.9% of the liquid moisture is separated from
the cooled compressed air to prevent the secondary regeneration of moisture. Evaporation to ensure the low dew point
quality of the finished gas;
■ High-quality switching valves are stable and reliable, ensuring the integrity of the work process and extending the
working life of components;
■ Refrigeration compressors are fully enclosed from Danfoss of Denmark, FUSHENG of Taiwan, PANASONIC of Japan,
BITZER of Germany, COPELAND of Germany, MANEUROP of France and other companies. Or semi-hermetic refrigeration
compressor, with stable operation, low noise, high COP, reliable performance, power saving and long life;
